After being on diets for years and years, after reading many books that say: "Eat all you want and grow-thin ...", 1 have given up on so called diets and come to a long-term idea of what is best to eat and what is best not to eat to achieve my goals.

That is why I was astounded when I heard of your diet. I approached you and you supplied me with a copy of your book: "The Good Nutrition Weight Loss Plan".

I was very impressed with it.

Each few lines I read, I could see that you had a deeper understanding of the problems that 1 had, and every now and then as I continued to read, I would shout to myself : "That is exactly rightt", before looking around me to see who I had disturbed by my exclamationsl

I feel you have a deep and sensitive evaluation of the problems of what we eat today and suggest some very valuable advice on how to overcome them and give clear reasons why.

You have put into words and a plan that is very much in line with my thoughts and long term awareness of things.

Since I started your dieting a4,out 6 weeks ago, I have been finding very helpful results. Firstly, my weight has not rapidly dropped to zero, but is slowly reducing by 0.1 to 0.2 KGs per week or two, because I am eating better food, than even most "diets" provide. Perhaps more importantly, my waist-size is reducing significantly, every week.

This I attribute to not so Mirch to my loss of fat, as I have already been on diets for the last 2 years, but rather, my liver reducing back to its normal size, as the amount of toxins it has to deal with, has been significantly reduced.

Some weeks, my body weight has been about the same as the previous week, showing little movement, but my waist-size has been consistently reducing and I have been feeling fitter, more active and less sluggish each week.

I would recommend your plan as a sensible, consistent and wise plan for eating better food to others, allowing then to more permanently approach their goals.
